The carry down handled for you
Our two person crew brings everything down through the hatch, including bulky and heavy items, so you are never balancing an awkward box on a ladder or risking a fall. We take old furniture, boxes, insulation offcuts, suitcases, Christmas and decoration clutter, broken electricals and general stored junk. Anything a skip would refuse, such as a mattress that has ended up stored up there, we still collect through the correct routes, so the loft comes back completely empty and usable. Where an old water tank is being removed as part of the clearance, we can take that out too, and if you are converting the loft we leave it as a clean, empty space ready for the builders. Just flag anything fragile you want brought down carefully rather than cleared, and we will treat it that way.
Sorted and recycled, not just binned
Back at base we sort the load so usable goods, timber, metal and electricals are diverted from landfill, contributing to more than 85% recycled or reused across our work. Serviceable furniture and household items are passed on for reuse where we can.
