An active or finished site builds up a mix of heavy rubble, timber offcuts, packaging and general waste that has to be cleared quickly to keep the job moving and to stay compliant with your duty of care. How site clearance is priced
Heavy construction waste is charged by weight, which is the fair way to price rubble, concrete and hardcore rather than guessing at volume. As a guide, 100kg is £68, 200kg is £136, 500kg is £340 and 1000kg is £680. Lighter mixed loads can instead be priced by van space, up to a full van at £200. Specialist streams such as rubble, hardcore, soil and muck away start from £45. Skips versus a crew
Where a site needs a container on standby to fill over several days, skips are available from a 2 yard at £242, a 4 yard at £246, an 8 yard at £323 and a 14 yard at £463. A skip suits a steady flow of waste over time, while a crew and van suit a one off clear down where you want it gone the same day and you do not want to fill it yourself. We will advise you honestly on which option works out better for your particular site, timescale and access.
Plasterboard and mixed loads
Plasterboard must be kept separate from general waste, so we allow it up to 10 percent of a mixed load at no extra charge, then a £35 contamination charge applies above that level, or you can use dedicated plasterboard bags at £105 to keep it as a clean stream. Timber, metal, aggregate and packaging are all sorted so they reach the right recyclers. This keeps your site compliant and keeps more than 85 percent of what we take away out of landfill.
Booking and compliance
Message photos of the waste with the site postcode and access details on WhatsApp for a fixed price, and same day clearance is often available when booked before noon. Every collection comes with a digital waste transfer note under our Environment Agency licence CBDU597687, which is the duty of care record your site paperwork needs to hold. For an ongoing build we can come back on a regular basis to keep the site clear as the work moves through each stage, and if you find a cheaper like for like licensed quote we will beat it by 10 percent, so keeping the site tidy never becomes the expensive option.
