How clearances are priced
Full property clearances are priced by van space, which keeps quoting simple for agents juggling several instructions at once. A quarter van load starts from £50, a half van from £100 and a full van from £200. Heavier single items are added at fixed prices where needed, such as a king mattress at £70, a three door wardrobe at £72 or a fridge or freezer from £60. Items that need the right route
