- Waste Transfer Notes: minimum 2 years (Environmental Protection Act 1990)
- Enquiries not resulting in a booking: up to 12 months
- Marketing data: until you opt out, and no longer than 2 years after your last interaction
- Website analytics: up to 26 months (anonymised)
In some circumstances we may anonymise your data for statistical purposes,
in which case we may use it indefinitely without further notice.
