How we price a clearance
Clearances start from £24.99 for the smallest jobs, but a real whole-house clearance is quoted by the van loads and weight involved, so you get one fixed figure with nothing added later. Send photos or a short video of each room, or we do a quick walkround, and we price it on the spot.
We do the sorting, not just the lifting
Usable furniture, white goods and household items are set aside for reuse or donation wherever we can, and more than 85% of what is left is recycled rather than sent to landfill. You receive a digital waste transfer note as proof every item was disposed of legally.
Probate and bereavement handled with care
Clearing a late relative's home is hard, so we work quietly, respectfully and to your timing. We can fit around solicitor or estate agent deadlines, hold back anything you want kept, and photograph the finished property if it is being sold or handed back.
