How large clearances are priced
Industrial jobs are priced by volume and by weight, whichever fits the material. Full van loads are from £200 each, and heavier material is charged by weight, for example 500kg at £340 and a full tonne at £680. For a big multi run site we quote the whole project after seeing photos or visiting, so you get one clear figure to sign off rather than an open ended day rate. What we take from a unit
Pallets, packaging, racking and shelving, redundant stock, office furniture, canteen fridges and seating, electricals, cabling, IT and general waste are all handled. Items that cannot legally go in a skip, such as fridges and upholstered seating, are removed by us through the correct routes, so a complete unit clearout is straightforward and nothing gets left for you to deal with later. Where racking needs dismantling, our crew handles that as part of the job rather than leaving you to strip it first. We can also separate anything you want to sell or redeploy from what is genuinely waste, so usable stock, plant and furniture are set aside rather than cleared by mistake. For sites with a lot of steel racking or scrap metal, that recovered material has value and helps keep the overall cost of the clearance down.

We segregate metal, wood, cardboard and electricals on site so the maximum is recovered, with more than 85% across our work recycled or reused.
