We price the work by the hour and agree a fixed total in advance, so a big day does not turn into a bigger bill than you were expecting, and there is no deposit to find up front. What a three bedroom move costs
A three bedroom home typically starts from £430 with two men and a van, which is around seven hours of work. That comes from our two men and a van rate of £100 for the first hour then £55 for each additional hour. For a larger or heavily furnished home we can send an extra pair of hands to speed the day along, and we quote that to the job so the price always reflects the crew and time it genuinely needs rather than a padded estimate.
What the crew actually does
We clear the house methodically, working room by room and keeping a steady flow between the house and the van. Beds, wardrobes and larger units are dismantled, wrapped in blankets and reassembled in the right rooms at the other end. White goods are secured upright, fragile items are padded, and everything is strapped so the load does not shift on the drive. With three bedrooms there is nearly always a loft or garage of odds and ends, and the crew brings it all down safely and loads it rather than leaving it behind. A packing service is available if you would like us to box the house up beforehand, and we supply all the materials so you can focus on the rest of the move.

Most three bedroom moves need a Luton or a Sprinter van, and often more than one trip depending on how much you have accumulated over the years. We size the vehicle and the crew from the room list you give us when you book, so we are not caught short halfway through the afternoon and forced into an extra run that eats into your day.

Book a slot that suits your completion or key dates and we will confirm a fixed price with no deposit. Full goods in transit insurance and DBS checked crews come as standard on every move. If you have found a cheaper like for like removal quote elsewhere, show it to us and we will beat it by 10%.
