You pay for the van the job needs and the loaded miles it covers, so a quick supply run never costs like a full event setup. Smaller supply runs suit a small van at £30 then £1.20 per mile or a SWB van at £35 then £1.40, while furniture, glass racks and equipment for a full event fit an MWB or LWB van at £40 then £1.60, or a Luton van at £50 then £1.80 per loaded mile for a larger setup. The rate is fixed and clear before we collect.
