How commercial moves are priced
We charge by the hour so you pay for the time the job actually takes rather than a padded flat fee. Two men and a van is £100 for the first hour then £55 for each additional hour, and for a smaller office a van and driver at £75 for the first hour then £40 for each additional hour may be all you need. Larger relocations with extra crew and several van loads are quoted to the job, with the full price agreed before we start and no deposit to pay. Because the clock reflects the real time on site, an efficient move costs you less than a padded fixed fee ever would.
What the crew actually does
We dismantle desks, workstations and shelving, wrap and label items by room or by department, and reassemble everything at the new premises so your team can sit straight down and work. Chairs, monitors, printers and cabinets are padded and strapped for the move, and heavier items such as safes and copiers are handled by hand with the right lifting gear. We can work early mornings, evenings or over a weekend to keep your trading hours and your customers undisturbed.
The right van for the job
Most office moves suit a Luton or a Sprinter van, and we run multiple trips or send more than one van where the volume calls for it. We size the fleet from a quick walk through or from your inventory list, so the relocation finishes on schedule and your business is back up and running when you need it rather than a day later. We can also move in stages where you are taking on a new site before fully leaving the old one, so your business keeps running throughout the changeover.
