3. Booking & Quotations

  • Quotes provided by Kruze are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.
  • Final pricing may change if the actual volume, weight, access conditions, or type of waste differs from the original description.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by Kruze.
  • Customers must provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking.

4. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods.
  • Failure to make payment may result in additional recovery costs or legal action.
  • Card payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting Kruze directly.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for short-notice cancellations or missed appointments.
  • Kruze may reschedule bookings due to weather, traffic, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the collection or delivery location.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are legally owned and permitted for transport or disposal.
  • Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials must not be included unless explicitly agreed in advance.
  • Customers must inform us of any heavy, dangerous, or unusual items before the booking.

7. Prohibited Items

Kruze reserves the right to refuse collection, transport, or disposal of:

  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Explosives or flammable substances
  • Medical or biological waste
  • Illegal goods or substances
  • Items prohibited under UK law

8. Waste Disposal

Kruze is a licensed waste carrier and disposes of waste responsibly in accordance with UK environmental regulations.

Where required, customers may receive a Digital Waste Transfer Note for records and compliance purposes.

9. Liability

  • Kruze will take reasonable care while providing services.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or events beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak structures, improperly packed items, or hidden defects.
  • Customers should ensure valuable or fragile items are properly packed and disclosed before transport.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
